Working, staying active, parenting, partnering, and everything in between are full of triumphs and challenges. HereNow allows our bodies and minds to be present and prepared for it all.

We haven’t met, but we probably have a lot in common. Hi, I’m Ale (Ah-lee), and, much to my surprise, CBD changed my life, and I created HereNow CBD in the hopes of changing yours.

I am a Type A, good with numbers, research-lover, and eldest child who came to the US to study International Business at UCLA after I finished university with a degree in computer science from my home country. Nearly 20 years later, I’m an active and hard-working mother of two (7 and 10 years old), wife, sister, and friend to many. I’m also known as a tough-loving caretaker and an undercover softie.

When my oldest was nine months old, I started having debilitating panic attacks.

Originally from a small town in the southeastern state of Brazil, Sao Paulo, flying from my present home in Culver City, Ca. to visit my family became unbearable. And anyone who knows me knows how important family is to me. The anxiety I felt when facing flying got compounded by the sadness and stress of how even farther away my family felt.

A friend who had a CBD plantation suggested I try some to help with my panic attacks. Admittedly, at the time, I knew no difference between cannabis and CBD. I subscribed to long held stigmas around cannabis and never considered the benefits of it medicinally. At the same time, I wanted to find ways to treat my anxiety and stress holistically and was determined to avoid pharmaceuticals, so I gave it a try.

With no side effects or psychoactivity, over time, I found that using CBD to treat my symptoms, my anxiety dissipated, while my energy and clarity increased. So I did what I do – I focused, worked diligently, researched, launched, and committed to creating CBD products from which others could benefit. From day one, purity, quality, consistency, reliability, and healing have guided HereNow CBD and all the products that we produce.

I believe that healing is a right, not a luxury, but that healing can be luxurious.
